Dr. Avis Broussard has been practicing dentistry for over 29 years. She graduated from the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry and the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Anterior Esthetic Dentistry. Dr. Broussard stays current with the latest advancements in dental technology by regularly participating in continuing education. She is also an active member of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the Detroit District Dental Association and the Wolverine Dental Society.
Dr. Broussard's commitment to dental excellence led to her being named as one of the "2006 Most Influential African American Women in Detroit". She was honored in 2005 and again in 2006 with the Beautiful Smiles Award by local radio station, V98.7 FM.
